Project Description

The Corballis East development in Donabate, Co. Dublin, is an extensive residential project by Cairn Homes that will create a vibrant new community. The development will include 1,074 new homes, comprising:

  • 171 Apartments spread across seven blocks
  • 399 Terraced Apartments, Duplexes, and Triplexes
  • 504 Houses ranging from two to five bedrooms

This project aims to provide diverse housing options, with modern amenities and sustainable design, contributing to the growth of Donabate and its surrounding areas.
