Project Description

The Clonburris development is a transformative urban project located in Dublin 22, aimed at creating a sustainable and vibrant new community. Spanning over 280 hectares, the development is set to include a mix of residential homes, high-rise apartments, commercial spaces, and community amenities.

This ambitious project will provide approximately 3,000 new homes, offering a mix of house types and apartment blocks, as well as essential infrastructure like roads, drainage systems, and green spaces. The development is strategically positioned to benefit from excellent transport links, making it highly accessible and ideal for both families and professionals.

Works Carried Out

Our team successfully delivered essential groundwork for seven high-rise apartment blocks in Clonburris.

Our scope of work included:

  • Internal & external drainage installation for all apartments
  • Installation of high-level services within the buildings
  • Complete external drainage system
  • Preparation for structural works, including stoning up, lean mix application, and steel fixer readiness

  • Internal & external drainage installation
  • Footpath construction for safe and durable access
  • Topsoiling to prepare for landscaping and final finishes
